Connection Problems

If your ball doesn't maintain connection to your phone, please verify the ball is within 30 meters (100 feet) from the phone.

Please ensure your phone is not flat against the ground or are not touching anything of metal. Some surfaces reduce the signal strength of the connection and can cause reduced range.

If you are within the required distance, and ball still doesn't maintain connection, your phone's Bluetooth connection may be having some trouble. You can reset it by manually toggling it off and on. Instructions for Apple and Android devices.

Finally, it is always possible that something is wrong with the app. Please check that you are using the latest version of the app.
